Pricing, quoted either verbally or written, does not guarantee the rate. Rate can increase due to other variables, see below. All charges are NON-NEGOTIABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BY PROVIDING US WITH YOUR CARD INFORMATION, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING OUR REFUND POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND UNDERSTAND ANY DISPUTE WILL BE RENDERED NULL.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms provide that all disputes between you and TowLogix LLC will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under this contract. Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury, and your claims cannot be brought as a class action. Any claims must be handled in Santa Rosa county Florida.

Examples are listed but not limited to:

1) site is not accessible 2) vehicle(s) is/are not ready 3) vehicle(s) is/are not in condition described to TowLogix personnel ex: operable, able to be moved, dead battery etc. 4) address change(s) prior to or after vehicle(s) have been picked up 5) battery/batteries need charging/replacing 6) tires need air or to be replaced 7) locksmith must be called to site 8) driver being delayed to no fault of their own
9) vehicle(s) require fuel or any other fluids, etc.

These charges will be applied to card provided by client and are NON-NEGOTIABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Once you confirm your request for our services on one or more vehicles, we will then get your information along with vehicle information and collect payment. Vehicle information includes: year, make, model, color VIN and plate if one is available. Example: 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 Crew Cab. PAYMENT IN FULL is required before dispatching a driver to your location. Submitting payment is confirming our services.

Once your form of payment has been processed or submitted, AT THIS TIME, ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

No refunds will be issued for “services not rendered” even if you have confirmed our services and we have processed your payment, even if it is as short as a 60 second time frame or less. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Example: Another company or person is available to get to you quicker and you decide to cancel with our company, we will NOT issue a refund even if services are not rendered.

The reason for this is we handle lots of calls from personal vehicles, motor clubs, privately owned properties, AAA, FHP, SRCSO, etc. Once we commit a truck and driver to you, that time slot is then spoken for. We can only provide service to so many vehicles at once. There is a possibility that once we commit to providing services to you, we may have to turn down other clients due to not having other trucks and drivers available, not being able to get to them in a fair amount of time, etc. We must be fair to our company as well as our clients.
